Counselling

What can I expect?

At The Point you can expect to see a counsellor who will listen, accept and respect you.  Someone who will not judge you or tell you what to do but will support you to work through any difficulties you may be experiencing and make decisions that you feel are right for you.

What is Counselling?

Counselling provides a  confidential safe and supportive environment in which you can talk through any issues causing you difficulties or concern.

Counselling can help you to make sense of your feelings, make changes in your life or come to terms with things that can’t be changed.

It can help you to focus on issues and clarify them.
